Tasks and Sub-Tasks are categorized by priority and RACI, with mapping to department / machine / assembly line, assigned-to and task leader.

Granular Labour Costing

Employees, sub-contractors and external entities log hours directly against tasks or sub-tasks. Tasks can be Blocked / Re-opened / marked In-Process or Complete for close monitoring.

Financial Integration

Project-Sales Order Linking ties every expense — material, labour, sub-contract or overhead — to the project. The Sales Order Project Costing Sheet aggregates these costs for an instant view.
